Second Wave Project- Island Learning Centre Response Project ‘Illumination’ Students at the Island Learning Centre have been working collaboratively with Quay Arts to create a response project to the major exhibition ‘Illumination’.  Artist Educators Ian Whitmore, Hannah George and Abigail Wheeler have worked with the students during a series of workshops to help the students
